Nov. 15, 2006 | BioDiscovery has released ImaGene 7.0 Microarray Image Analysis software, which features an integrated, interactive, array-based Comparative Genomic Hybridization (CGH) module. Using patented algorithms, ImaGene 7.0 provides the data from spotted microarray experiments and identifies regions of chromosomal gain and loss in seconds with high levels of confidence. A set of interactive plots, including a whole genome, single chromosome, genome overview, and genome summary plots, are provided to visualize the analysis results and focus on individual spots and segmentation maps. Additional features include a GAL reader supporting additional spot orientations, and a refined interface that includes an improved settings dialog.
