March 14, 2006 | DataLabs announced DataLabs Clinical, a data management system for handling clinical trail data. The system handles data collected using electronic data capture (EDC) and data that are collected on paper and then keyed in (so-called paper data entry, or PDE, data). DataLabs Clinical includes modules for designing clinical studies, capturing data, and managing data. The application is browser-based and includes clinical trial status reporting functions and allows event notifications to be sent via e-mail or cell phone to appropriate staff and management.
