Marvin 5 offers copy and paste of live objects into Word, Excel, etc., new chemical features for drawing coordinative bonds and Markush features, and new calculator plugins for IUPAC name generation and Markush enumeration. JChem5 boasts new table types for storing query substructures, progressive return of database search results with very fast initial results, support for larger input sets, more chemical features, and R-table visualization.
