"From Code to Commodity: Genetics and Visual Art"
New York Academy of Sciences 
April 15, 2003 | The New York Academy of Sciences exhibition "From Code to Commodity: Genetics and Visual Art" was part of several cultural events in New York designed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the discovery of the structure of DNA. It featured works by 13 contemporary artists who used genetic imagery or ideas in their work.

Related exhibits were scheduled at the New York Public Library, the Rockefeller Archive Center, the International Center for Photography, and the CUNY Graduate Center Gallery.
