• The successful candidate will be responsible for cell culture process development, scale up and transfer to CMOs. This will include establishing efficient scale up and scale down models, for process and media optimization and characterization studies. Candidate will also be expected to collaborate in the identification and evaluation of bioreactor and media technology to optimize SGI cell culture platform.
• Lead and represent cell culture process development on CMC teams and other multidisciplinary project teams and task forces. Support investigations on process and product issues, trouble-shoot scale up issue using rigorous process engineering and analytical skills.
• Author internal technical reports and relevant sections regulatory filings, summarize and present to management.
• Supervise research associate(s) in cell culture process development.
