Join us on 25 September in a live webinar where the IT team from the Vital-IT Center of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics will show how their innovative storage strategy helped them scale capacity to meet the exploding demands of next-generation gene sequencing, while reducing their storage costs by 50% over conventional storage systems.
The seminar will cover strategies for:
- Supporting scaling to Petabytes of data while reducing costs
- Keeping large genomic data sets available on line for fast re-access
- Integrating data protection without using backup software
- Data sharing that can speed up research
- Roberto Fabbretti PhD, Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics Genopode, University of Lausann
- Claire Giordano, Quantum Corporation, Sr. Director of Product Management StorNext
