The software can automatically analyze any rectangular microarray image where the block locations are visible, says the company. Koadarray uses accurate spot quantification methods that can actually identify and remove artifact areas from within the spot perimeters. Other features include fully automatic spot finding, batch image analysis, simple one-click image processing, reliable spot confidence index, and configurable data output.
