Feb 15, 2006 | Applied Biosystems has developed four Gene Signature Panels as part of its TaqMan Low Density Array product line for RT-PCR applications. The arrays include the Human G Protein-Coupled Receptors Panel and Human Protein Kinase Panel for drug target screening and pharmacogenomics research; the Mouse Immune Panel, which contains genes involved in inflammation, cancer, and cell proliferation; and the Human Endogenous Controls Panel designed to select the appropriate controls for experiments.
