An Engine for Compliance

Sept. 18, 2006 | ComplianceDoc has released a powerful FDA regulation and warning letter search database, IndexFDA.com. The annual cost is $1,250 for a single user license. FDA warning letters serve as a legal warning of violations of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. The search engine includes more than 8,300 warning letters dating back to 1995. Warning letters and FDA regulations are available in PDF and HTML formats. References between warning letters and regulations are hyperlinked in the HTML versions of the documents. Index-FDA.com features RSS Feeds and United States Code (Codified Law that supports the FDA Code of Federal Regulations). Future releases will include 483s, EIRs, Company Responses, and Untitled Letters.
