The software facilitates automated acquisition, processing, and reporting of liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry data in support of biotransformation studies. Key improvements in v. 1.1.0 include flexibility to apply up to six multiple mass defect filters, component filtering to exclude duplicates, and automatic generation of Data-Dependent Parent Mass Tables.
