Sept. 13, 2007 | Attendees at the DIA (Drug Information Association) conference in June were drawn to an art exhibit, developed by Quintiles Transnational Corp., highlighting the importance of safety vigilance through clinical trials and post-marketing studies. The exhibit comprises various medical images and photomicrographs. Developers hope that the message will focus not on sales or values of differentiation, but on the commonality of science, spurring discussion regarding the vital nature of safety planning while highlighting Quintiles’ expertise and connecting to the audiences’ values in an innovative way.
The exhibit will be on display at several European meetings this fall including Clinical Drug Safety Conference, September 19-20, London; CCO, Sept. 24-26, Barcelona; Biopartnering Europe, October 7-9, London; and DIA Clinical Forum, October 15-17, Madrid.
