April 12, 2007 | Rosetta Resolve gene expression data analysis system v7.0 has capabilities to promote standardized data storage and exchange. A data repository is available in Resolver v7.0 for endpoint data, allowing researchers to visualize and analyze data in the CDISC’s SEND format along with gene expression data. Other data types that can be stored and incorporated in the Resolver system include Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and quality control data. Additional gene expression array platforms, such as the Illumina platform, are supported by the Resolver v7.0 as well.
