BioIVT Joins Medicines Discovery Catapult’s Discovery Services Platform to Support Drug Discovery in the UK
ROYSTON, UK - Sep 24, 2019 - BioIVT, a leading provider of research models and services for drug and diagnostic development, today announced that it has joined UK Medicines Discovery Catapults Discovery Services Platform, partnering with other best-in-class service providers to help improve preclinical drug discovery success rates.
From its GLP-accredited UK facility, BioIVTs PHASEZERO® Research Services team will provide specialist support for generating human tissue-based target validation data and characterizing novel therapeutics. BioIVTs research into such complex fields as immuno-oncology and fibrosis have given it the necessary experience to successfully validate associated drug targets and biomarkers and aid the development of novel therapeutics with the right balance of efficacy, disposition and safety.
