Wisconsin Group to Develop $60 Million Partnership to Bring Sequencing to Patients


October 24, 2012 | Building on its pioneering use of DNA sequencing to diagnose and treat Nic Volker (see, Seize the New: Laying the Clinical Genomics Pipeline in Wisconsin), the Medical College of Wisconsin is in talks to develop an ambitious $60 million public/private partnership aimed at bringing sequencing to more patients, creating spinoff businesses and keeping the school and region in the forefront of personalized medicine.
