Clean Cells takes entire ownership of Anaquant’s brand, intellectual property, proprietary mass spectrometry-based analytics platform, equipment and existing client relationships, strengthening Clean Cells’ capabilities in protein characterization, a critical requirement in biopharmaceutical quality control and regulatory readiness. Under the deal, Clean Cells also obtains Anaquant’s ReadyBeads technology, a proprietary reference standard product line for Host Cell Protein (HCP) profiling and targeted quantification of drug product specific HCPs. Press release.

Schrödinger launched its early access version of Bunsen, its new agentic AI co-scientist that helps researchers understand scientific objectives, develop computational strategies, execute sophisticated molecular discovery workflows and interpret results. By combining AI with physics-based simulation, Bunsen allows researchers to evaluate more hypotheses, explore chemical space more efficiently, and make higher-confidence decisions before compounds move into experimental testing. This helps computational chemists run concurrent research sessions and accomplish more across multiple programs. Press release.

Novogene Europe expanded its single-cell RNA sequencing capability at its Cambridge Omics Centre. This expansion brings single-cell sequencing workflows built around the 10x Genomics Chromium platform closer to academic, biotech, and biopharma researchers in the U.K. The service builds on Novogene Europe’s established single-cell expertise, including existing capability in Germany, and combines specialist project support, sequencing infrastructure, and bioinformatics analysis to help researchers generate deeper biological insight from complex samples and meet growing demand for accessible single-cell transcriptomics.
